You will identify opportunities, grow a book of business, and work with the agency team to deliver exceptional client experiences in a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrable history of success in sales roles.
• Deep understanding of insurance products and risk assessment.
• Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.
• Natural ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to help community members protect their assets through thoughtful insurance solutions.
• Manage and nurture a growing book of business with a focus on long-term client retention.
• Develop custom insurance plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each policyholder.
• Conduct professional reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage as their lives evolve.
• Participate in local community initiatives to strengthen our presence and brand within the State College area.
• Collaborate with the agency team to streamline internal processes and improve the overall client experience.
