Qualifications

• Current Property and Casualty license for Pennsylvania.

• Experience managing a book of business or individual client relationships.
• Comfort using digital tools to track policy information and client communications.
• Strong organizational habits to manage daily follow-ups and inquiries.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local community members to understand personal or business insurance needs.
• Design customized protection plans reflecting goals of each policyholder.
• Guide clients through the claims process with patience and clear communication.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and policy updates.
• Maintain an active presence in Mechanicsburg to foster long-term trust.
• Coordinate with underwriting to ensure policies meet standards.
