Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advising.
• Proficiency with digital policy management systems and office software.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Proven track record of managing a personal sales pipeline.
