Waynes seeks Relationship-Driven Sales Professionals to build trust with customers and deliver pest and lawn solutions. You’ll develop relationships, cross-sell Envirolawn, Enviropest, and Termite Solutions, and manage a sales pipeline with proactive follow-ups and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Develop trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored pest and lawn solutions.
• Conduct strategic cross-selling initiatives for our Envirolawn, Enviropest, and Termite Solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and referrals; no opportunity is too small.
• Measure and analyze properties accurately to ensure service precision.
• Maintain contact with sold customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing engagement.
• Stay up-to‑date on industry trends, competitive insights, and service offerings.
• Manage your pipeline, complete sales reports, and support operational excellence.
• Represent Waynes with pride and professionalism in everything you do.
