Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Five or more years of commercial lending or credit experience.
• Strong financial and credit analysis skills, including tax returns, financial statements, and cash flow.
• Proven success in building customer relationships and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of commercial loan regulations, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commercial lending software.
