Qualifications

• Three to five years of commercial lending, commercial credit, or related banking experience.
• Residential and consumer lending experience preferred.
• Strong credit analysis and financial statement evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers and community partners.
• Generate new commercial loan, deposit, treasury management, residential loan, and consumer loan opportunities through business development activities and networking.
• Identify customer needs and tailor banking solutions for growth.
• Originate, underwrite, and manage loan relationships while maintaining sound credit quality.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Monitor an assigned commercial loan portfolio and manage risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide responsive, personalized customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements.
