Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate customer relationships for new and existing clientele.
• Prospect for new leads and opportunities and meet with clients to determine the best loan, deposit, and cash-management solutions.
• Guide loans through credit and deposit processes and cross-sell related products.
• Grow loan portfolio and achieve loan, deposit, and referral goals.
• Cross-sell deposit products and cash-management referrals with internal partners.
• Adhere to BSA/AML policies and bank guidelines.
