Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Proactively outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities.
• Identify client needs and redirect to appropriate partners and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk controls in daily transactions.
