Qualifications

• Direct customers to the proper source or professional to meet needs.
• Engage customers in in-depth conversations using CARE and Advancing Language.
• Cross-sell appropriate bank services to meet customer needs.
• Execute financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Handle inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
• Process payments, money orders, checks, cards, and deposits.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of customer information.
• Assist in meeting monthly referral goals and branch sales objectives.
• Support the Relationship Center and branch manager in growth objectives.
