Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of branch banking and cash handling preferred.
• Strong sales, referral, risk management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of branch operations, cash handling, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies client needs and recommends BankUnited products and solutions.
• Supports title-related banking services and related follow-up to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Models strong sales and service behaviors and helps team members deepen client relationships.
• Converts routine service transactions into relationship-building conversations and expands product usage.
• Meets or exceeds branch expectations by generating referrals and processing accounts.
• Leads outbound calling, appointment setting, and client follow-up to drive sales activity and pipeline.
• Collaborates with internal lines to deliver the One Bank Experience and client needs.
