Kocourek Subaru in Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Consultant who focuses on relationships and provides a friendly, no-pressure experience for every customer, from first hello to final handshake.

You’ll learn Subaru products, safety features, and technology, work with a collaborative team across sales, service, parts, and finance, and help customers find the right vehicle while building lasting trust and community connections.

Qualifications

• Enjoy helping people and building relationships.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Willingness to learn new technology and processes.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers and create a welcoming, no-pressure experience.
• Learn about each customer's lifestyle and help them find the right Subaru for their needs.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstration, and purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Build repeat and referral business by earning trust.
• Use dealership technology and CRM tools to manage leads, appointments, and follow-up.
• Work closely with the sales, service, parts, and finance teams to create a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in dealership and community events.
• Represent the Kocourek Subaru and Subaru LOVE philosophy in every customer interaction.
• Continue learning about Subaru products, technology, safety features, and the automotive industry.
