Job summary

Caring Transitions is seeking an outgoing, relationship-focused individual to build partnerships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, real estate professionals, attorneys, and other referral partners. This flexible part-time role emphasizes community outreach and meaningful impact in helping families through transitions.

We're seeking an outgoing and relationship-focused individual who enjoys connecting with people and building strong community partnerships. In this role, you'll help increase awareness of our services by fostering relationships with professionals and organizations that support seniors and their families.

This flexible part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, networking within the community, and contributing to work that truly matters. As the role develops, there may be opportunities to participate in client consultations and take on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
