JazzHR is seeking team members to assist clients during significant life transitions through tasks such as sorting, packing, and organizing personal belongings. This role is ideal for compassionate and reliable individuals willing to work flexibly and assist where needed.

The position offers a part-time schedule with starting pay at $19 per hour. Ideal candidates are those who enjoy hands-on work and can provide emotional support to clients during their transitions.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities include:

• Sorting, organizing, and handling a lifetime of belongings with care
• Packing and unpacking items thoughtfully
• Helping resettle clients into their new homes in a way that feels familiar and comfortable
• Preparing items for donation, sale, shipping, or disposal
• Photographing and listing items for online auctions using a smartphone
• Staging and organizing homes for estate sales or move preparation
• Assisting with estate sales and auction pickup days
• Supporting clean outs to prepare homes for listing
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
• Communicating in a positive, respectful way with clients, families, and team members
• Treating all client belongings with care, respect, and confidentiality
