Responsibilities

• Handle account transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, and opening/closing accounts.
• Identify customer needs, provide information on products and services, and refer customers as appropriate.
• Meet and exceed referral production goals set by retail leadership.
• Reconcile cash drawers at shift end and manage coins/currency.
• Document, report, and store transactional information securely.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act, AML, OFAC, and Patriot Act requirements.
