In this full-time role you will promote services, drive sales, and collaborate with teammates to provide a superior client experience using both in-branch and digital channels. Prior cash handling and sales experience are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Six months client service experience preferred.
• NMLS licensing and registration ability.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides fast, personal service and resolves client issues to ensure a timely resolution.
• Promotes banking products and services to clients and prospects with direct sales techniques.
• Achieves sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Opens checking and savings accounts and guides clients through product recommendations.
• Educates clients on digital banking platforms and self-service channels.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and protects client information and bank assets.
