Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in New Jersey to open new accounts, process loan applications, and educate customers on products and digital banking services. The role emphasizes building relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calls, while ensuring compliant service delivery.

You will participate in a 4–6 month training period to apply knowledge and develop relationship-building and referral techniques, with a rotating schedule including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to market Bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers on financial needs and product options.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and service requests.
• Promote WSFS Bank’s digital banking services and channels.
• Provide timely, accurate handling of customer inquiries and issues.
