Qualifications

• Experience with consumer loan processing.
• Cash handling experience.
• Sales or cross-selling experience.
• Familiarity with Symitar systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, wires.
• Resolve member questions and provide personalized support.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and services.
