Qualifications

• Consumer loan processing experience is required.
• Cash-handling experience is required.
• Sales or cross-selling experience is preferred.
• Experience with Symitar core banking software.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawers and assist with end‑of‑day branch balancing activities.
• Prepare account and loan documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Mission Fed products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Protect member information and uphold security standards.
• Share best practices and mentor tellers and USR I team members.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an exceptional member experience.
