Mission Federal Credit Union is looking for a Universal Banker to join our on-site San Diego, CA team. You will deliver exceptional member service, handle a wide range of transactions, educate customers on digital tools, and identify financial solutions to meet member needs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product recommendations, and achieving branch sales and service goals in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Formación

• Consumer loan processing experience
• Cash-handling experience
• Sales or cross-selling experience
• Symitar experience

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Accurately process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, wire transfers, and more.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and services that make managing finances easier.
• Open new accounts and assist members with a variety of financial products.
• Process and fund consumer loan applications.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with end-of-day branch balancing activities.
