Job summary

You will deliver friendly, professional service and maintain knowledge of bank products to educate customers and recommend financial solutions.

You will meet with customers to assess needs, open new accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs, and discuss loan products.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones via sales, leads, and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain strong knowledge of bank products; educate customers and cross-sell to meet needs.
• Present a confident, professional demeanor to build trust and recommend financial solutions.
• Meet with customers for financial needs assessments; open accounts (checking/savings/CDs/IRAs) and discuss loans.
• Promote and educate about online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Meet service standards; oversee sales referrals and coach branch staff.
• Process transactions efficiently; manage cash drawer and use teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller; manage currency/coin orders and distribution to tellers.
• Participate in community events and CRA initiatives.
• Report significant matters to management; stay compliant with regulations.
• Adhere to code of conduct and bank policies.
