• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution and cross selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Educate customers on bank products and services and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Present a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust and recommend financial solutions.
• Meet with customers to conduct financial needs assessments and discuss loan products.
• Demonstrate and promote online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Participate in CRA initiatives and community events, and report significant issues to management.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and operate teller equipment including cash recyclers and coin machines.
• Serve as Vault Teller to manage branch cash levels within established limits.
• Adhere to code of conduct and all bank policies and procedures.
