Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent in-person and phone communication.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk and compliance requirements and complete training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registration; life licenses; licensed within 180 days.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
