• Educates clients on products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and long-term financial well-being.
• Engages in proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Acts as a trusted first point of contact and escalation point when needed.
