Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience count).
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to complete required job-related training on hire.
• Strong organization to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, concise and clear.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust from first engagement.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Connects clients to specialists as needed to achieve long-term goals.
