Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience serving clients or volunteering/education/military experience considered.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through transactions and inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, everyday banking transactions with a high touch approach.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve options; identify needs and refer to partners as appropriate.
• Explain products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Escalate non-standard issues while following established procedures.
• Maintain compliance with risk, AML, and regulatory requirements.
