Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to attend training programs and travel as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience in the lobby.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and support service requests.
• Assist with balance discrepancies and debit card issues, referring when needed.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Manage customer flow and schedule appointments with the team.
• Collaborate with branch partners to refer customers to specialists.
