Qualifications

• Open and support new consumer and business accounts based on assigned CSR level.
• Process teller transactions, account maintenance, client inquiries, and required documentation.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer clients to appropriate internal partners.
• Support compliance with banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
• Senior CSR III level requires advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts.

Responsabilités

• Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts, business accounts, CDs, IRAs, and other account types.
• Process teller transactions with accurate balancing records.
• Interview and profile clients to recommend banking products and services.
• Cross-sell products and generate referrals with internal partners.
• Ensure documentation is complete, approved, and compliant with procedures and regulations.
• Provide professional, courteous service in person and by phone.
