Qualifications

• 1+ years of banking teller experience required for CSR II level.
• 2+ years of banking teller experience required for CSR III level.
• 3+ years of banking teller experience required for Senior CSR III level.
• Experience opening consumer accounts required.

Responsibilities

• Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts, business accounts, CDs, IRAs, and related banking products based on experience level.
• Interview and profile clients to understand financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Process teller transactions as needed while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong balancing record.
• Cross-sell bank products and services, identify referral opportunities, and support branch profitability goals.
• Ensure account documentation is accurate, approved, uploaded, and compliant with bank policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients in person and by phone while resolving inquiries with tact and care.
