Job summary

Truist Financial in Orlando, FL is seeking a Regular full-time Customer Service Associate to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality service while identifying clients' financial needs.

You will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts, while following policies and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic PC software and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and travel as needed.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate client transactions with courteous service.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Support outbound client outreach and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with branch sales processes and client outreach.
