Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of banking or related experience in sales or financial industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, engaging experience and greet clients by name when possible.
• Answer and handle incoming calls, resolve needs when possible, maintain professionalism.
• Engage clients in conversations to understand needs and offer appropriate support.
• Process routine transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, servicing).
• Balance cash drawer daily; assist with vault, ATM, and night depository functions.
• Execute branch tasks including capture, processing, and system navigation.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulations (BSA, CTR, KYC).
• Assist with basic account opening and documentation.
• Provide onboarding education on account features and digital tools.
• Develop consultative banking skills and professional client conversations.
