Job summary

Arvest Bank in Lockwood, MO, seeks a Relationship Banker to focus on product sales and exceptional customer service. The role builds new relationships and offers appropriate financial solutions to meet clients’ needs.

It is a Tiered position from Level 1 to Level 3 with mentoring and growth opportunities. The role requires Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, and a strong background in sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days required.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach.
• Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle deposits and account servicing.
