Core Bank is seeking a Banking Solutions Specialist in the Kansas City area to build relationships, solve problems, and make banking easy for clients. You’ll move beyond teller duties and gain exposure to business banking, lending, treasury management, and relationship management.

You will deliver tailored solutions, open and maintain accounts, and provide proactive follow-up while upholding compliance and delivering a high-touch client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail banking, financial services, or customer relationship experience.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and identify financial needs.
• Experience handling transactions accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
