Job summary

NBH Bank is hiring an Associate Banker to deliver friendly, accurate service while processing account transactions and helping clients access digital banking solutions. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, meeting sales and service goals, and supporting multiple departments as needed.

You will work in a fast-paced banking center, following established policies and guidelines, and you will be encouraged to develop product knowledge and customer service skills for career

Qualifications

• Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
• 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Passionate and motivated self-starter.
• A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
• Ability to think logically to analyze situations and make decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.

Responsibilities

• As an Associate Banker, you will work as an individual contributor with clear direction and established processes.
• Provide support and service to others in an environment free from competition.
