Job summary

NBH Bank in Utah seeks an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base and introduce banking products and digital solutions. You will process transactions and support sales targets while collaborating with other departments and building a strong rapport with clients and associates.

Ideal candidates have banking or cash handling experience, are self-motivated, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in banking, cash handling or financial services.
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Passionate, self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital solutions.
• Ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages.

Responsibilities
