Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking an Associate Banker in Colorado to deliver exceptional service and help clients navigate banking products and digital solutions. You will process account transactions while advancing individual and center sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include introducing clients to new products, supporting other departments, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A high school diploma and some banking or sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior banking, cash handling or financial service experience preferred.
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience recommended.
• Strong work ethic and ability to educate clients on banking products and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process account transactions and provide accurate service.
• Introduce clients to new products, services and digital solutions.
• Support banking center sales and service goals.
• Assist other departments as needed and build rapport with clients and associates.
