Job summary

You will attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing customers, in person and via proactive calling, to help clients reach their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent business experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts (checking, deposits, loans, CDs) as needed.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Provide financial wellness recommendations to clients during in-person and phone conversations.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures; document client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; may work Saturdays as directed.
