Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting).
• Experience with cross-selling and networking to build centers of influence.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial needs and offer guidance and solutions.
• Attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
