Job summary

You will open accounts, collaborate with teammates, and promote products and services, maintaining compliance and a client-first mindset. Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to develop current and new client relationships and meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of consumer credit basics and ability to explain financial wellness options.
• Experience with outreach, prospecting and networking to build referrals.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to identify financial wellness needs and provide guidance.
• Open personal and small business accounts and explain deposit products.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, and audit procedures and document interactions.
• Support teller operations and assist with transactions as needed.
• Attend and sometimes facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
