Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of customer contact and service experience, or two years banking experience, preferably in a branch.
• Ability to travel within branch region up to 15% if needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers and manage lobby flow to connect with clients.
• Process branch transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Keep informed about all bank products and services to discuss options with clients.
• Record and follow up on customer information and future meeting needs.
• Proactively contact customers to present offers and schedule financial reviews.
• Refer customers to other departments when appropriate to meet needs.
