Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3+ years of professional level customer contact experience or 2+ years in banking, preferably in a branch.
• Prior experience handling and being accountable for money.
• Ability to complete the Bank’s in-house Training Program within a reasonable timeframe.
• Demonstrates a sales-oriented and relationship-building demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish or another language a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Detail oriented; ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients by processing all branch-related transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank products and services and communicate them to customers.
• Proactively contact customers with pre-approved offers and schedule financial reviews.
• Refer customers to other Bank associates or departments when appropriate.
• Participate in daily branch operations and ensure policy compliance and security.
• Contribute to branch and individual scorecard goals by monitoring performance and following action plans.
• May handle branch opening/closing procedures.
