Job summary

WesBanco in Medina, OH is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities and handling account transactions. You will focus on daily sales initiatives, onboard new retail customers, and cross-sell products and services to deepen banking relationships.

You will also participate in outbound calling campaigns, meet sales goals, and support the Banking Center Manager in outside sales activities and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Outbound calling and prospecting to onboard new retail customers and cross-sell.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and product knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Meet defined sales goals for loans, deposits, partner referrals, and profitability.
• Promote a sales culture within the banking center and cross-sell consistently.
• Provide service to customers and prospects on banking matters and resolve issues.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure security measures are followed.
• Build relationships with internal partners and participate in team meetings.
• Operate as a teller and support banking center’s sales and operational objectives.
