Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and processing account transactions.
• Engage in outbound calls for proper onboarding and prospecting of new Retail customers.
• Promote bank products and services; support Banking Center Manager in outside sales activities.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and security measures; assist in daily branch operations as needed.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
