Job summary

NuVision Federal Credit Union in Alaska is seeking an RS I to perform a broad range of branch operations, including handling member transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and card services. You will balance cash drawers, open basic accounts, and support compliance training and product referrals.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, familiarity with BSA/Reg CC, and strong math, communication, and computer skills. Competitive pay scales apply based on region.

Qualifications

• 1 year related branch operations experience.
• Knowledge of BSA, Regulation CC, D, E and related regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of deposit accounts and services.
• Federal/State/NCUA regulations knowledge.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for interest computations.
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Internet/Intranet and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Performs RS I duties: receiving and disbursing funds, deposits, loan payments, transfers, money orders, cash advances, and withdrawals.
• Opens savings, checking, money market, and CD accounts as needed.
• Processes plastic card services: issuing temporary cards, repinning, and ordering new cards.
• Maintains and updates customer records, including address/name changes.
• Recommends other products and services with each transaction.
• Completes compliance training and RS I related training.
• Balances cash drawer and supports daily balancing.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Represents the Credit Union professionally to members.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
