Job summary

Fulton Bank seeks a Relationship Banker at our Danville, PA financial center. This full-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling service and sales with enthusiasm, opening accounts, assisting loans, and guiding customers through digital banking options during transactions.

You will engage customers with needs-based conversations, promote banking solutions, and contribute to branch growth while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Pro-active and result oriented (Preferred)
• Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and engaging customers in the lobby and during transactions.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and use the CRM to foster relationship-building conversations and onboarding.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with regulations and Fulton policies and procedures.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
