Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail experience with client service and cash handling.

• Banking software, Outlook and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with bank regulatory and compliance standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions with a positive, professional approach and build long-term relationships.
• Open and close deposit accounts and manage consumer and business deposits.
• Provide product knowledge to guide clients in account options.
• Process a range of transactions accurately within set timeframes and balance cash.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet client needs.
• Assist in ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance and participate in audits.
