Job summary

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus banking or leadership experience. Ohio Notary Public preferred or obtainable within three months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by building positive relationships and providing accurate, efficient banking support.
• Oversee teller line operations to ensure smooth daily workflow and accurate cash handling.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and related transactions, balancing the cash drawer.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate banking products and services.
• Coach and support teller staff to enhance performance and service delivery.
• Protect customer information and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
