Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months’ branch banking experience preferred.
• Minimum six months’ cash handling experience required.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of banking rules and regulations (BSA).

Responsibilities

• Provide AMAZING customer experience to all branch clients.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and train staff on cross-selling.
• Ensure customer problems are resolved professionally and promptly.
• Supervise deposit operations, record keeping, and branch functions.
• Open new accounts and process transactions accurately.
• Participate in regulatory compliance audits and training.
• Adhere to BSA, AML, OFAC, and CIP rules and internal policies.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate Bank policies to reduce losses.
• Handle complex operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure safe and compliant branch operations.
