Job summary

California Bank of Commerce in Irvine, CA is seeking a Relationship Banking Manager to deliver AMAZING customer experience at the branch, assist with new accounts, servicing and transactions, and support the Branch Service Manager in daily operations.

You will supervise deposit operations, ensure compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and CIP, cross-sell products, and help develop staff while maintaining accurate records and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months’ branch banking experience preferred.
• Minimum six months’ cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide AMAZING customer experience to all branch clients.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and cross-sell.
• Ensure customer problems are handled professionally and resolved at branch level.
• Supervise deposit operations, record keeping, branch certifications, and daily branch functions.
• Open new accounts and assist with transactions as needed.
• Participate in training and regulatory compliance audits.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act, AML, OFAC, and CIP rules and regulations.
• Communicate policies and procedures in staff meetings to minimize losses and train staff.
• Handle complex operational issues with escalation to management when needed.
• Ensure safe and efficient branch operation and emergency preparedness.
