Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a customer-focused Teller/Banking Associate in Williamstown, NJ. You will be the hospitality ambassador of the branch, handling everyday banking transactions while building trusted relationships with clients.

You will educate customers on banking products, assist with account needs, and connect clients to specialists to achieve their financial goals. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise and clear.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily client transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as the first contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities; connect to specialists as needed.
• Schedule appointments for consumer account needs and deepen relationships.
• Maintain compliance with risk and regulatory standards in all interactions.
