Responsibilities

• Delivers everyday banking and basic consumer account opening/maintenance.
• Proactively engages clients in meaningful conversations to understand needs and options.
• Acts as the hospitality ambassador of the branch, guiding client flow with a high-touch service approach.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits and escalates non-standard issues.
